about this Max Kitchen, also i read a lot of good review abt their fine dining with reasonable price. i really wanted to try this so so so much.v order a bottle of red wine on tha nite...its a sauvignon from usa..cost RM80 per bottle(oppsss recently im like falling into red wine)
v ve this as our starter.U.S. Sea Scallops with mojama and red & yellow capsicum salsa(RM38) if u r a scallop lover thats no reaon u ll said no to this!
another yummy starter. the Yabby Lobster Tails(RM35).i fall in luv with this dishes even im not a seafood lover. the meat was so soft.and the lemon sauce is tooo good!
here comes our main course. Summac flavoured Yellow Fin Tuna Loin Steak from the char broiler with marinated Caper Berries and Orange Balsamic.(RM45) this was my first time eating fresh tuna :) taste really not bad.
Roasted and Hickory Smoked Duck Breast with Berries Marmalade and Polenta(RM40) i would said the duck breast is soooo soft.
and this is the best of the best Lamb Cutlets chargrilled, accompanied by Garlic Confit and fine port laced mint sauce(RM58) this is a muz try if u r a lamb lover!

White Chocolate Fondant Tart with Cafe Latte Ice Cream(RM15) i ve to said the price are really reasonable for this dessert!i would actually wont mind to paid more for this. the portion can shared.but for me i can finish that :P
